View your in-app notifications on the sidebar by clicking on Notifications.

The in-app notifications are grouped into 5 categories:

@me: someone mentioned me in the work or epic comments
Direct: changes on the work that I am the assignee or owner
Watching: changes in the work that I am the follower
Automation: notifications triggered by automation
System Notices: news of the organization or project member and other system notices.

Mark as Read

Only Show Unread

You can select to show only unread messages.

Notification Settings

Hover over the message and click on the icon to mark it as read.

Check the icon in the top right corner to mark this page as read.

Clickicon on the top right corner to go to Notification Settings.
