Use an Automation Template

To streamline the automation process, many templates are provided. Follow these steps to add automation from a template:

  1. Click the Automation shortcut icon in the top right corner to enter the settings page.

  2. Click the "Add Automation" button to browse through available templates.

  3. Select a template and click "Choose this" to apply it.

  4. Customize the automation to tailor it to your specific needs.

Add Custom Automation

If none of templates applies, you can create your own. Follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Add Automation" button in the upper right corner of the settings page.

  2. Set a trigger, conditions(optional), and actions to create your custom automation.

Copy Automation

You can effortlessly replicate automation settings from one project to another:

  1. Click the "Copy Automation" button on the Automation settings page.

  2. Select the project from which you want to copy the automation.

  3. Choose one or multiple automations and click "Copy Automation".

  4. You will find the copied automation tagged Pending in your list.

  5. Click to review and modify(if needed) the pending automation.

  6. The pending automation will become activated after you click the "Save and Publish" button.

Automation in pending status is only visible to the creator.
