Share Your Project Board

Share your project board with external users for real-time collaboration.

Generate links

To share your project board:

1. Click on the icon located to the right of the sprint name and find the icon in the popover.
2. Set the sharing Scope.

3. Set the Validity Period of the link.

4. Choose whether to protect access by adding password protection.

5. Click Generate and Copy.

Now anyone can access the project board using the link (and password if set).

Owner and assignee information on work items is invisible to external users.

Manage Links

All sharing links can be viewed on the Manage Links tab. You can deactivate the links at any time.

Sharing Logs

Click Audit logs to view all sharing history.
