External-Sharing Logs

Sharing Logs let you see who shared what, along with the status of each share link. Monitor your project’s sharing activity at any time to enhance data security and oversight.

To view the shared record of your project board:

1. Click on the "Settings" tab located at the top of the screen after entering the project.

2. On the next page, select Audit Logs from the setting navigator.

3. Select the External-Sharing Logs tab.

Revoke the Link

To revoke a share link, click the Disable button in the Action column at any time.
