Leiga and Zapier integration allows you to automate work between Leiga and other apps. This integration enables you to create work items, update work details, and trigger actions in Leiga or other apps based on specific events.

For example, you can create a Zapier workflow that triggers a work created in Leiga when a tag has been added to an Intercom conversation.

How to integrate with Zapier

Make sure you have Admin access to both Leiga integration settings and OpenAPI.

1. Connect your Zapier account with Leiga by filling in the Client ID and Secret generated by Leiga’s OpenAPI module, and make sure the Issue Module, Project Module, and Webhook Module are checked.

   
2. Set up your triggers and actions to create zaps that connect with other tools and match your workflow.
